Client Agent by Brenda is free, takes no commission, and works for the client. It is made by Brenda creative studio, a practicing branding studio. This page describes what the tool stores. It is a working draft until a lawyer confirms the final text.

We store the email you give us, the answers in your brief, messages with studios, and the proposals those studios send. We store a peppered hash of access links, not the links themselves.

We use this information to run the brief, send it to studios you choose, and email you about your own brief. We do not sell personal information and we do not run advertising pixels.

Subprocessors: Cloudflare (hosting and database); the configured LLM provider; the configured email provider.

You can delete your data. A confirmation link works for 24 hours. After you confirm, we remove your email and brief text. Anonymized timing metrics of studio replies stay, without your name or the brief.

If you are in the EEA or UK, the legal bases we expect to rely on are consent (waitlist and sending a brief) and the contract-like steps you ask us to take (creating the brief). If you are a California resident, you can request deletion the same way. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are used in the CCPA.
